This is Rumba’s nemesis,
Big Ed, an obnoxious
small-time promoter.

These are simpler
cartoon Rumbas
than how he appears
in the comic book.

So, along with his friend,
Mario the Barber, we produced
“Bob Rumba’s Stand-Up Comix”,
which was great fun, but, our
optimistic visions of sales left
us with boxes of the books,
many of which are still in
my garage.
